  • In the interest of space, only the main founder/pastor is allowed to apply for this opportunity. No spouses or core-team members.  
  • Similarly, because this is our first year, only 10 candidates will be chosen.
  • This retreat will take place at the Zephyr Point Conference Center on Lake Tahoe, NV on March 24-27th, 2022.
  • You will need to arrive at some point in the afternoon of Thursday, March 24th (Thursday Dinner is included) and will leave after our final session at lunch or later on Sunday, March 27th. 
  • If selected for this opportunity, you will be responsible for your registration ($300 US Dollars) and any travel necessary to get to Zephyr Point Conference Center. If selected, information about shuttles from the Reno International Airport to Lake Tahoe will be supplied. 
  • This retreat will be a mix of quiet/alone time, team fellowship with your other leaders, and leadership development from the NCM team as well as a Spiritual Director.
  • If selected for this opportunity, NCM will bill you (or your region if they agree to pay your way). Therefore, nothing is required of you financially at this time. 
  • At this time, all attendees must be members of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). if this endeavor grows, we will discern making this an ecumenical event.
  • You will be notified if you have been selected for this opportunity by Feb. 7th, 2022.

I also give permission to Disciples Church Extension Fund and New Church Ministry, ministries of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ,) the authority to edit, use and reuse in whole or part of any and all products for non-profit purposes including use in print, on the internet, and all other forms of media throughout the world.

Disciples Church Extension Fund and New Church Ministry may use and authorize others to use all or parts of the media for our ministry purposes. Disciples Church Extension Fund and New Church Ministry own all rights to the said products and are released from all claims, demands, and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the above-mentioned person.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing (email included) only and must be received by March 1, 2022 to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a full refund. All refund requests must be made by the payee or credit card holder and refunds will be issued by checks only.
